Each additional person, in each type of room, is charged with 7 euro per night.

According to the current legislation, the accommodation tax is € 0.50 per night.

Booking Deposits & Payments
30% of the total booking value is required to reserve your accommodation. This can be deposited via any of the accepted forms of payment listed above.

The remaining balance is required at check in.

Cancellations
If canceling 21 days or more before arrival, your deposit will be 100% refunded minus any transaction fees.

If canceling 21 days or less before arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.

In the event that you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you will be obliged to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you booked in accordance with provisions in the law of Article 8 N1652/86/ GG 167 A.

Arrivals & Departures
In order for us to better prepare for your stay and to be ready for other incoming guests, we kindly ask that you arrive and depart at the following times:

Check In after: 15:00
Check Out until: 11:00

The rooms are cleaned daily.

Bed linen is changed every three nights.
